Emotional Anonymous is a non-profit association where share our mutual experiences lived and surpassed or in roads of superación, to purchase fortress, hope and resolve our emotional problems.

The only requirement to belong to E.A. is to have the desire to feel the serenity.

In Emotional Anonymous A maintain us only with our own voluntary contributions.

We do not belong to any political group, neither to organisation or institution any. We do not wish to take part in any controversy, neither lean or combat other causes.

Our purpose is to maintain our emotional stability and help to others to achieve the serenity.

Statement Good Will Association of Emotional Anonymous

Brief history

EA Is one of several organisations of 12 existent steps in the world. They designate like this because they base in 12 steps that establish the emotional recovery. They were created by Bill W. And the Dr. Bob in 1938 when they founded Alcoholic Anonymous (AA).

Bill W., after having surpassed his addiction to the alcohol, still suffered of what in that then called “neurosis”. To surpass these problems, founded a new group of 12 steps.

Emotional Anonymous is a ramification of Neuróticos Anonymous with a very similar approach, that is to say, offers help in the recovery of the mental and emotional problems.

Good Will of Emotional Anonymous formed in Spain in the 2010, although it did not go until 2012 that constitutes an association registered and with all the permissions in rule, in the autonomous community of Catalunya.

Being born like this the first groups by all Spain:

Good Will Ca n’anglada from May of the 2012 to the actuality.

Good Will l’Hospitalet from February of the 2015 to the actuality.

Good Will the Maurina from October of the 2017 to the actuality.

Good Will Canovelles from October of the 2020 to the actuality.

Good Will Vélez-Málaga (Andalucia, Málaga) from July of 2022 to the actuality.

On 28 November of the 2018 opened the Good group Will Virtual Spain with the aim to do arrive the help to people that do not have a physical room near and that the message could arrive to all parts of the world, in which at present it follows valid.

A year later in 2019 gesta a new source of life in the south of Spain, with the Foundation of the Good Association Will Andalucia of Emotional Anonymous, with a group in Málaga.

On 3 May 2021 are born Good Will Emoteen, with the intention to be able to arrive to boys and youngsters that need emotional support and constitutes like an association registered.

In United States exists the groups:

Good Will Chicago (Illinois) from August of the 2024 to the actually.

Good Will Oakland (California) from August of the 2024 to the actuality.

In Spain exist at present 5 Groups and 1 virtual to the that can belong people of all the world, with several weekly meetings by Group. In United States exist at present 2 Groups.

Annually they make , several Joints Publish of information with the only purpose to spend the message to the person that suffers emotionally.

The members of EA are people of diverse cultures, beliefs, ages and gender with an only purpose that is to look for the tranquility and the mental and emotional health

“I have always been a skeptical person and I considered that just doing my part and with a few brushstrokes everything that worried me or that I was never able to assume, wasn't really a problem; but this was far from reality, because I use to minimize the problems and I didn’t knew how to deal with them, even if I believe that I did. The end result was that everytime I had to face a new problem, I felt down, unbalanced to the point that it also affected my loved ones. The group was very understanding towards me, they were empathetic and never judged me. Although at the beginning it was really hard for me, due to my own trust issues, because they were people who had lived what I had. By practicing the program, my life and the life of my loved ones will be different, like they always said “the best days are yet to come”.

“I was 43 years old the first time I came to the group. I didn't know myself back then, I had been hiding behind so many self-delusion layers, deep down I dislike myself a lot, but on the surface I pretend to be the happiest person alive. Regardless, the life inside me speaks by itself. I was dragging anguish, irrational fear and depression since i was a little girl, i had on my pocket two fails suicide attempts by the age of 15. I survived the physical death, but I was dying emotionally. I was barely surviving by pretending, demanding myself to find my own value in others, demanding attention, protection, love and acceptance from people in not healthy ways by all means. I know really well what self destruction is, I had experienced this many times in many different ways, unable to find any form of help or understanding from others, at least none that works for me, until I found EA. They welcomed me, and finally I heard from them what I always needed to hear: “We understand you, you are not alone anymore”. That was the seed to the beginning of a profound change of life, little by little. It's not easy, growth is painful, because I have to face myself, but I know this is the way to save myself. The group helps me to assume who I am, without judgment of how I feel or what I have done; EA accompanies me in my personal growth and at the same time teaches me how to take the responsibility of my life, no matter the fears.”
